+ Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Canada, the UK, Ireland, or if you're international, we need you to shoot us an email to confirm details of your shipping location to confirm shipping cost and additional taxes for Customs. Please email info@theKinkKit.com and we'll assist you!

+ When can I expect my order?

We ship on the 1st and the 15th of each month. For your first initial KinkKit, you can expect to receive your order within two weeks of purchase. Afterwards, you get your next Kit in one of two shipping batches: A and B.

Calendar A: Purchases made from the 1st - 13th, ship the 15th. Calendar B: 14th - 31st, ship the 1st.

For Subscribers:

Quarterly: you'll be billed each three months from your initial order date. We'll send you a billing receipt each quarter we run your card for your records.

Annually: You'll be billed each calendar year from your initial order date. We'll send you a billing receipt each year we run your card for your records.

+ Do you offer express/overnight shipping?

At this time, our online store does not automatically support expedited or overnight shipping. Please reach out to our team at info@theKinkKit.com and we will be happy to work with you to find a shipping solution that works for your needs!

+ Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we don’t ship to PO boxes at this time.

+ How does my order come packed?

Your order will arrive in discreet, plain brown packaging from Two to Tango, LLC, with no indication of what’s inside.

Our KinkKits come packed in our signature square boxes with filler, tissue paper and an explanatory card detailing all the contents.

Fragile items generally come wrapped in an additional layer of bubble wrap to protect contents during transit.

+ I’m a subscriber who moved. How can I alter my subscription shipping address?

You can easily change your mailing and/or billing address by logging into your online profile. Select “Subscriptions” and “Edit” next to your address. To edit billing details simply select “Billing Information” from the left-hand menu and then “Edit” next to your address or credit card information. Reach out to info@thekinkkit.com if you need assistance updating your address.

+ I’m not a subscriber but I need to change the address on my order - what do I do?

We wouldnt want someone other than you getting all the goods! If you haven't received a shipping notice email, contact us at info@thekinkkit.com and we can update your shipping address. Once shipped, we unfortunately cannot reroute any packages.

+ What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the products we send, we are unable to accept returns on entire boxes or individual products, even if unused. If you send the box back "return to sender" with the mailing label unbroken, we can refund you what you paid less what we paid to ship it to you, which is usually around $15. If a product arrives broken or nonfunctioning, please write to us and we will work with our distributors to get you a replacement. If something isn't right, please write us at info@theKinkKit.com and explain what happened, and we will do our best to accommodate!

+ What is your international return policy?

If you send the box back "return to sender" with the mailing label unbroken, we can refund you what you paid less what we paid to ship it to you, which is usually around $15. Subscription

+ What are the benefits of being a subscriber??

Subscribers get access to special featured games on our online portal, deep discounts on each Kit, get seasonal gifts, and are notified of secret launches of other products and features before everyone else!

+ Will I know what's in each box in advance?

Yes - we will announce our seasonal boxes a few weeks before officially launching them. During that time, if you wish to pause your subscription for that Kit, or have a question regarding one of the items, you can reach out to us at info@theKinkKit.com!

+ When will I be charged for my subscription?

Quarterly: You will be charged once every three months from your purchase date. Your purchase confirmation email will also contain your next billing date.

Annual: You will be charged once every twelve months from your purchase date. Your purchase confirmation email will also contain your next billing date.

+ Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

At this time, you cannot pause your subscription. If you'd like to cancel your subscription, you may do so by logging into your account and selecting ""Cancel Subscription"" from the Billing Options menu. Please note: if you have prepaid for an Annual Subscription, you will continue to receive the remainder of your KinkKits that you prepaid for, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of that 12-month commitment.

+ I am in a same-sex relationship; is there a KinkKit for me and my partner?

Our games and activities are designed to be gender neutral, and can be used by anybody with any body! Items are generally optimized for vaginal and anal use - if you would like items optimized for penile use, please do reach out to us at info@theKinkKit.com and we will do our best to accommodate you!

+ How does the subscription work?

As a KinkKit Member, with the Quarterly Subscription or the Annual Plan, you'll receive a themed sexperience Kit, filled with our Sexperiential Learning™ games and fun items, once every 3 months!

Yes - if you cancel in the middle of your subscription you will definitely receive all of the KinkKits from your commitment! Canceling means your subscription will not renew, but if you signed up for an annual plan, you’ll still get your remaining KinkKits.
