Who is The KinkKit for?
Everyone! We want all couples to be able to enjoy The KinkKit -- that's why all of our boxes and scenarios are currently gender-neutral!
When are boxes shipped?
We ship boxes every first and fifteenth of the month.
How will the charges appear on my statement?
Billing charges will appear under the name “Two to Tango, LLC”.
How often will I be charged?
When you first pay, you will pay upfront for the number of boxes you wish to subscribe to. You will be charged at the beginning of each new quarter.
- If you order a one-quarter subscription, your subscription will renew every quarter.
- If you order a two-box subscription, your subscription will renew after two quarters.
- If you order a three-box subscription, your subscription will renew after three quarters.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day defective return policy.
If you receive something that is defective, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know of the issue and we will replace that item.*
If you have a concern, or are unhappy for any reason, please email email@example.com and we can work together to resolve any issues. We will do our best to ensure your satisfaction!
*Due to limited stock and product availability there may be change to the item being sent; however -- it will be equal to or greater than the original purchase.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Our Checkout Process is currently only configured to ship inside the US; however, if you are outside of the US and would like a KinkKit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to figure out your particular shipping needs.
Are the items and activities in the KinkKits gender-specific?
For now, all items and activities in the KinkKits are gender neutral. In the near future, we will be offering Male-Only, Female-Only, and Male & Female boxes.
